Opportunity to Participate in a Telehealth Study

On behalf of the Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC), an independent regulatory agency that works to inform health care decision-making and increase access to affordable care, NORC and Optimal Solutions Group are recruiting participants, ages 18 and up, for a study on telehealth.

For this project, MHCC is interested in consumer perspectives on and experiences with using audio-visual and audio-only telehealth technologies to access primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health care.

Participants in the following Maryland regions are eligible for the study:

  • Eastern Shore
  • Western Maryland
  • Montgomery County
  • Prince George’s County
  • Baltimore City

The study will take place by telephone, from January to March 2022. There will be no sales involved and all information provided is for research purposes only.
