Optimal EVP and COO Tracye Turner Featured as Panelist at 2025 EmpowerHER Global Business Summit

Tracye Turner, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Optimal, participated as a featured panelist at the Second Annual EmpowerHER Global Business Summit held on March 14, 2025, at the MGM National Harbor in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

The EmpowerHER Summit, hosted by the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation, brought together over 300 women business owners, leaders, and professionals to discuss challenges and growth strategies for women-owned businesses. This year’s theme, Momentum in Motion, focused on equipping attendees with tools and insights to accelerate business expansion and leadership development.

Mrs. Turner spoke on the “Business Scaling” panel, alongside other leaders from diverse industries. Her contributions reflected her extensive experience managing operational growth, navigating government contracting, and scaling technology-enabled service offerings across Optimal’s core practice areas.
