Ramsey County Digital Accessibility Contractor

Through Contract No. RC-000713, Optimal Solutions Group, LLC (Optimal), provides Digital Accessibility Contractor services to Ramsey County’s Communications department. The contract is effective March 24, 2026, through March 23, 2029.

Under this contract, Optimal delivers document remediation services to support County compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. Services are provided on an as-needed, project-by-project basis, with individual departments engaging Optimal through defined Statements of Work outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Optimal utilizes its iAccessible and e-508 platforms to perform digital accessibility services, ensuring consistent, scalable, and standards-aligned remediation of documents. These tools support efficient processing, quality assurance, and compliance validation across a range of document types.

Optimal collaborates directly with County stakeholders to remediate digital documents and ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. This work supports equitable access to County information and services while ensuring alignment with federal accessibility requirements and County standards.
