Dept of Labor BPA Description from PWS

Period of Performance: July 27, 2018 thru July 26, 2023

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) has a requirement for research and evaluation activities. As explained in greater below, these activities may include evaluation design studies, evaluations, policy assessments/analysis, program assessments/analysis, data collection and analysis, technical assistance/expertise, and auxiliary/support services which may be necessary to complete a particular project. An individual order may require services in only one of these activities or a combination of the activities.

Projects contemplated under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include research and evaluations of DOL programs, initiatives, and policies and other topics as specified in orders placed. DOL research and evaluations cover a wide range of topics related to the programs and activities of its agencies, including: the Employee and Benefit Security Administration (EBSA); Employment and Training Administration (ETA); Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB); Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA); Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP); Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP); Office of Labor Management Standards (OLMS); Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWCP); Veteran’s Employment and Training Service (VETS); Wage and Hour Division (WHD), and Women’s Bureau (WB).
